HelpDesk – OneNote Notebook Not Syncing

(A) How to handle OneNote sync conflicts (efficiency365.com)

 

When you are going through the tabs at the top of the Notebook (desktop version), look through the pages at the right and look for the yellow diamonds with arrows and those are the unmerged changes icons.

 

 

You have to click on the error message bar at the top of the screen and follow the directions from there to resolve it. You can right click on the conflict page to remove it.

 

 

 

 

(B) If the notebook does not provide useful error messages, note the path of the notebook and try closing and reopening it.
