New Phone/ Deleting Old Phone
- To delete the old phone and replace it with a new one, go to the RSA console and delete the phone listed in the right column (Registered Devices).

- This will delete the phone from the RSA console and IAM
- You can otherwise have the end user delete the phone by them signing into mylogin.hitchcock.org/rsa or mylogin.hitchcock.org/rsa/enroll
- There, it will show the tokens that are registered with a trashcan to the right of them.
Note: They will need some type of token to make it to the deletion screen shown below.
Note: On the phone, after deletion, you can click on view token code and it will give an error while changing the app back to default.
